Let’s talk about Morning Affirmations. I’m all about practicing daily affirmations so let’s get to it…

Starting your day off with positive thoughts and intentions can make all the difference in how you feel and approach the day ahead. 

One powerful way to do this is through the use of morning affirmations. Affirmations are positive statements that you can reiterate to yourself to help shift your mindset and boost your mood. 

By practising affirmations every morning, you can cultivate a more positive outlook on life and increase your overall sense of well-being.

If you’re new to affirmations, it can be overwhelming to decide where to start. (It’s an extremely powerful practice so I completely understand where you’re coming from.)

That’s why I’ve compiled a list of the 21 best morning affirmations to kickstart your day on a positive note.

I don’t know about you but honestly, I couldn’t take a compliment even if my life depended on it. It’s been an adjustment to change my deep-down in-grained feeling of waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Can I just throw my two cents worth in here?…You need to remember that affirmations are not a one-time fix or a magic solution to all of life’s problems. I just refocus and jump back on, knowing I’m still PRACTICING!!
